Don’t Let Them Know You’re Home

Daisy and Rick are housesitting for the weekend for Daisy’s mother. After the door being left unlocked for them, Daisy leaves to get some food while she urges Rick to do something productive to help him find a job. Rick instead finds Daisy’s secret sleeping pills she brought and investigates an odd bang sound coming from downstairs. That night the couple argues over Rick being lazy by not looking for a job and Daisy’s denial towards her sleeping pill dependency. Out of spite or anger, Daisy takes a couple sleeping pills. Therefore, she doesn’t wake up to the knock coming from downstairs in the middle of the night. Rick instead wakes and investigates only to realize they were never alone in the house to begin with.
